We acted as expert witness in a successful planning enquiry for the masterplan for this development. Our phase 1 proposals demonstrate an innovative and environmentally sustainable approach to suburban housing, based on our competition winning scheme at New Earswick for the same client. We attempt here to create a farm-like cluster of homes to provide defensible space giving each small neighbourhood a clear identity.
