A 40 storey tower designed as a generic solution for applying Intelligent & Green concepts to high rise residential development in Hong Kong and the region.  Steel frame and concrete modular components reduce construction time by 6 months and allow the building to be dismantled.  Community facilities include sky-gardens and a sky-lounge. Flexible flats to full Intelligent & Green specification. A model of the project formed the centerpiece of the INTEGER Hong Kong Pavilion.
