High density sustainable housing from 2 to 6 storeys. The project addresses a number of urban design issues: It reconciles the difference in scale between a busy urban through road and a suburban residential area. It creates a tranquil gated landscaped amenity space behind the block. It steps down in height to respect the scale of an adjoining 2 storey listed office building.
