Our competition scheme was shortlisted for exhibition from 216 entries submitted. The scheme offers 80,000m² of mixed office, retail and residential space. Three lively ‘Covent Garden’ style courtyards provide a market square, a play area and a forum. ‘Intelligent & Green’ technology includes photovoltaic cell roofs, stack ventilation and passive solar heating.
